i remember as a young girl growing up in cornwall, england, my great grandmother would make jams and preserves and as they didn't have fridges then, would cover the jars with a crocheted doily to keep the item fresh and also to keep bees and flies from landing into the jam or the newly mulled wine - as I live in georgia now and do a lot of my entertaining outdoors, i decided to copy great nana and keep the bugs out of my drinks and i thought you might like to try the same - my young friends who have seen the cozeez came up with an even

more important use for them and that is to keep another type of intruder from landing in their drink - if you were out having a drink girls, it would not be so easy for something to be popped into your glass if it had a cozeez on it -know what i mean? -after each sip, add class to your glass - top it with a cozeez - and be confident that uninvited deposits are kept out- also add posh to your bottle with a bottle cozeez and let your wine breathe whilst keeping out intruders -
